Based on popular request, we have added four new reports to our sales and catering solutions, Amadeus Sales & Event Management. The reports are:

+ Account Listing Report
+ Contact Listing Report
+ Top Accounts Report
These reports will save you time, making it even easier for you to gain quick insight and make decisions to improve your group business.
The reports are available as part of a powerful new report viewer that gives you immediate access to enhanced reports the moment they become available. To take advantage of these new reports in the Advanced Module, you’ll need to have R31 installed. If you haven’t upgraded yet, please contact Amadeus Support, and they’ll get you up and running in no time.
As we begin rolling out more reports, you’ll see improvements to other favorites as well as some new additions. The best part is you don’t have to wait for a release to access the new reports—they’ll just appear on the Delphi.fdc Reports tab as soon as they’re ready. The report viewer feature is automatically enabled as part of your upgrade to R31.
The new reports are also available in R31 of the Standard and Essentials Modules of Amadeus Sales & Event Management.
