With this in mind, our team have been reviewing the way our valued Accor customers use HotSOS & HotSOS Housekeeping to discover which elements aren’t being utilized to the best of their ability. Based on this research, we hosted refresher training sessions, exclusively for our Accor customers, to ensure you can make the most of our system and provide your guests with the best service possible.

This second training session covers:

_Accurately tracking productivity using room credits.
_Monitoring and improving staff productivity.
_Performing checklists on rooms, public areas, equipment and staff.
