Over the next several months we will be creating a fully personalized and recognized guest journey. As part of this vision, we are expanding the flexibility of our Reward and Redeem loyalty program and are now enabling hotels to create guest membership programs that don’t depend on the redemption of points but instead add value to a guest’s existing membership. We’ll also demonstrate how we’re further personalizing the web experience with Guest profile data and will be presenting other current and future product enhancements driven by customer feedback.
