Inquiries

Any group booking starts with the initial discussion that determines the customer’s needs. In Amadeus Sales & Event Management Advanced, we call that the Inquiry. Wednesday 21st October

Creating and Managing Guestroom Blocks

A guestroom block can be as simple as 15 rooms for 2 nights or as complex as 1000 rooms over a 10-day span involving multiple check-in/check-out dates, room types, and rate tiers. This session will go over the skills necessary to create and manage the simplest or most complex scenarios, including multiple room blocks, guestroom packages, and guestroom actualisation.

Creating and Managing Events
