Q: What can you do better than your competitors?
A: We really do work with our customers and we design their Sales & Event management environment. We don’t just give you the keys to the car, we teach you how to drive the car as well. More importantly, perhaps, is the whole booking flow. Some properties get hundreds of RFP requests every day, and with the connection of MeetingBroker and Amadeus Sales & Event Management – Advanced, they are able to respond to all of those RFP’s. This is essential and can be difficult in legacy systems.

Q: How do you collect your data?
A: Demand360® connects to a hotel, brand or company’s PMS or Central Data Warehouse, we collect the data and then we clean it up and align the segments and channels into certain parameters so everyone sees the reports the same. It usually takes 2-3 days to clean the data and we don’t touch anything, we simply connect, extract the data and publish the reports.

Q: I have got a CRM tool, how can I use this data for better digital advertising campaigns?
A: CRM is really at the core of what we do in digital media because it has a wealth of data from people who are actually staying at your property. One thing you can do with CRM data is, what we call, ‘lookalike modelling’, so you can export your most profitable guests out of your CRM, upload them into an ad platform, and target users that are very similar in their online behaviour. This means you’re exposing qualified audiences to your ads. It’s a great way to expand your campaign and because it’s based on super relevant information out of your CRM, there’s definitely a chance of success.
