Why is hotel WebSpace reaching its end-of-life (retirement)?

The hotel WebSpace product is running on a platform that the manufacturer has decided to no longer support. As a result, Amadeus has concluded that it cannot ensure adequate performance, security, and availability of the solution for our customers.

What can I do?

Amadeus does not offer a replacement product. Customers currently utilizing hotel WebSpace for publishing web content should recreate their pages on another solution. After August 31, 2018, web pages on hotel WebSpace will be unavailable.

What will happen to the other hotel SystemsPro products?

There will be no impact to your other hotel SystemsPro solutions. These solutions (hotel SalesPro and hotel ServicePro) will continue to be available and supported.
