A: During the onboarding process for the Essentials Module, Amadeus will provision your organization’s environment and user licenses. From there, implementation is quite easy. The person you designate as your administrator can complete the set-up fields for property details, room types, etc. Configuration typically takes less than an hour and your users can begin using the product right away.

Q: What kind of training do you offer?

A: The user experience for our Essentials Module is so intuitive, you’ll be able to configure and use the solution within hours. When you first log-in, you’ll be greeted with an overview video that guides you through how to most effectively navigate the system. As you’re working within the solution, the inline training and help sections will provide you with access to the most relevant information necessary for where you are working. You also have access to a comprehensive database of training materials covering all areas of system usage.

Q: Do you still make hotel SalesPro® (HSP)?

A: As of August 2018, hotel SalesPro is no longer available for sale. As technology and customer needs evolve, we focus on developing new technology solutions to meet those needs.
