survey over 1,000 agents worldwide. The survey sought to measure and monitor changes
in travel agent behavior and as well as evaluate their current Global Distribution Systems
(GDS) advertising preferences. The results reveal new tips and takeaways to promote travel
brands across the GDS channel.
