You can view the Sales & Event Management – Essentials Module on any internet-capable device. However, larger devices will offer a better user experience, especially when viewing reports and availability information.

During the onboarding process for the Sales & Event Management – Essentials Module, Amadeus will provision your organization’s environment and user licenses. From there, implementation is quite easy. The person you designate as your administrator can complete the set up fields for property details, room types, etc. Configuration typically takes less than an hour and your users can begin working with using the product right away.
The user experience is so intuitive, you’ll be able to configure and use the cloud-based sales & event management software solution within hours. Upon first log-in, you’ll be greeted with an overview video that guides you through how to most effectively navigate the system. As you are working within the solution, the inline Training & Help sections will provide you with access to the most relevant information you may need for the area of the solution where you are working. You also have access to a comprehensive database of training materials covering all areas of system usage.
We were happy to welcome Hotel Sales-Pro to the Amadeus family in mid-2015. As technology and customer needs have continued to evolve, we have developed new technology solutions to meet those needs. Given the aging infrastructure of Hotel Sales-Pro, it is no longer available for sale as of August 2018.
