What is the onboarding process like?

During the onboarding process for the Standard Module, Amadeus will provision your organization’s environment and user licenses. From there, implementation is quite easy. The person you designate as your administrator can complete the set up fields for property details, room types, menus and items, etc. Configuration typically takes less than an hour and your users can begin.

What kind of training do you offer?

The user experience is so intuitive, you’ll be able to configure and use the solution within hours. Upon first log-in, you’ll be greeted with an overview video that guides you through how to most effectively navigate the system. As you are working within the solution, the inline Training & Help will provide you with access to the most relevant information you may need for the area of the solution where you are working. You also have access to a comprehensive database of training materials covering all areas of system usage..

Do you still make Hotel Sales Pro (HSP)?

We were happy to welcome Hotel Sales-Pro to the Amadeus family in mid-2015. As technology and customer needs have continued to evolve, we have developed new technology solutions to meet those needs. Given the aging infrastructure of Hotel Sales-Pro, it is no longer available for sale as of August 2018. Hotel properties looking for a solution that meets similar business needs will find that they can be addressed with the new Amadeus Sales & Event Management solutions.
