Amadeus Learning Universe is your tool to manage your learning of our Hospitality products. You will find product training pages that include:
- Learning Paths – collections of activities, including lessons and assessments, that help guide you with your learning based on your product subscription or role. You can even earn certificates!
- Lessons – individual courses including self-paced courses, on demand webinars, videos, simulations, and more that teach you about a specific topic. You can search by topic and access immediately.

Access to Amadeus Learning Universe is FREE of charge with your property’s active product subscription.
Availability
Amadeus Learning Universe is available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

An Amadeus Learning Universe username and password are required.

Once your Amadeus Learning Universe profile is created, you will receive an email from Amadeus Security Services with instructions to create your credentials. If you did not receive an email from "Amadeus Security Service" (securityservice-noreply@doc.mail.amadeus.com), first verify that it has not been sent to a bulk/junk mail folder. If it is not there, then contact us at hospitality.education@amadeus.com.
