You control the pace and direction of your learning experiences with self-paced courses. Courses are designed to be approximately one hour in length. They include clear objectives, demonstrations and/or simulations, and apply-your-knowledge questions so you can check your learning as you go. Multiple courses for a product are grouped into curriculums.
Each course includes a self-assessment so you may confirm your comprehension with a passing score (80% or higher). Courses (or portions) can be reviewed after you have completed them. Assessments can be retaken, with your best score recorded for your reference. Every course ends with a survey so you can let us know if we are meeting your needs.
TIP: You can easily refresh your skills with these courses. Within each course, use the table of contents to quickly go to specific lesson topics.
All self-paced courses are available FREE of charge with your property’s active product subscription.
Self-paced courses are available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our self-paced courses do not contain audio so you can take the course at your own pace without disturbing those around you. If you are looking for training with audio, please consider our instructor-led sessions or recordings.

Once your Learning Services profile is created, you will receive an automated email message for each product your property has a subscription. Each message lists your user ID, password, and instructions to access the website along with information on the curriculum. If you did not receive an email from LearningCenter@travelclick.com, first verify that it has not been sent to a bulk/junk mail folder. If it is not there, then contact us.
