Amadeus Expands Relationship with Vouch to Improve Hotel Operations and the Guest Experience in Asia Pacific

To better support ongoing travel recovery in the Asia Pacific region and help hoteliers achieve high guest satisfaction ratings, Amadeus and Singapore-based Vouch are expanding on their existing HotSOS partnership. Amadeus will now offer Vouch solutions alongside its industry-leading service optimization suite. Features and benefits of the integration includes:

  • Room Request – requests made in Vouch from a guest’s mobile device are automatically pushed to HotSOS for staff fulfilment.
  • Digital Compendium – displays information about the hotel and its surrounding attractions. Guests can skip the front desk or concierge by easily searching specific keywords for fast results, with the hotel able to update the content in real-time.
  • Contactless Dining – guests can browse menus and place F&B orders on the Vouch platform which is then routed through HotSOS.

Available in multiple languages, these features empower hotels through automation to enhance the guest experience, increase revenue opportunities, and streamline daily operations. Properties can achieve considerable savings through quicker response times, reduced printing costs and paper use, as well as service recovery.
