Grand Metropark Hotel Beijing, the flagship hotel under the brand of Grand Metropark from HK CTS Hotels, is moving forward with Delphi.fdc Sales and Catering along with Amadeus Hospitality Diagramming.  By combining the two solutions, HK CTS Hotels saw the value in gaining accurate data in order to increase productivity through data-driven decisions.

HK CTS Hotels Lobby AmadeusHK CTS Hotels wanted to establish a more customer-centric sales process, which required reliable data.  After consulting with Amadeus, the team realized that these solutions would help gain accurate and complete data that would support their goals.

Delphi.fdc is a cloud-based Sales and Catering solution, combining Amadeus’s industry-recognized process philosophy along with cutting-edge cloud technology.  This solution enabled the hotel to establish a distinct advantage over the competition.

Amadeus Hospitality Diagramming allows the hotel to bring the vision of Meeting and Event Planners to life.  The solution presents accurate room diagrams in both 2D and 3D.  By having these accurate setup diagrams, it eliminates miscommunication between the customer and the venue along with providing clear instructions to the operations team on site.

“We have 1200 square meters of meeting space, a 680 square meter ballroom, and eight function rooms in varying sizes,”

stated Mr. Alex Ding, Director of Sales Marketing from Grand Metropark Hotel Beijing. “Amadeus is the leading technology provider for travel globally; we know that Amadeus products are stable, support is professional, and solutions are exceptionally easy to integrate with other solutions internationally. With the full use of data and advanced process, we are committed to becoming an ideal meeting venue internationally.”

“The landscape in hospitality is changing, customer needs, behavior and expectations are changing, and so is technology. It is becoming more challenging to keep up with demands in the hospitality industry,” stated Lee Horgan, CEO of Amadeus Hospitality. At Amadeus we are working to help our customers achieve their aspirations and overcome these challenges. “We are looking forward to deepening the cooperation with HK CTS Hotels”
