Amadeus Service Optimization team reveals their passion for art for a good cause
Yesterday our service optimization team in Miami participated in the wine and painting fundraiser event to benefit St. Jude children’s hospital. The hospital was founded in 1962 by Mr. Danny Thomas, and is considered one of the leading research hospitals nationwide in treating and defeating childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. Today, the hospital’s rate of survival for childhood cancer exceeds 80%!
The event started around 6:30pm with Hors d’oeuvre and wine to get the team set up and in the mood for painting a sunset scenery. The event took place in the main lobby of the Amadeus building and was attended by 8 Amadeus employees, led by the Office Manager, Mrs. Arlene Negron, as well as others from different corporations.
It was incredible to see how each person articulated their artistic point of view on these canvas in painting how they view a sunset while socializing with their colleagues.
“This team building activity turned out to be extremely successful to initiate a strong staff engagement and be able to give back to the community. I love these events because they allow colleagues to connect, socialize, and feel appreciated for their efforts,” said Arlene.
