In the Spring and Summer of 2020, the Education & Training department offered live webinar sessions designed to give our friends in the hospitality industry an opportunity to increase their skill set. The sessions were designed for learning the product for the first time or brushing up on existing knowledge in certain areas, targeting a mix of users and admins.

Those sessions were recorded and are available below. At the time of the recording, Service Optimization (HotSOS) was on v 2.2.31.
