Amadeus Announces International Availability of Sales and Event Management Software for Select Service Hotels

Amadeus, the industry-leading provider of hospitality technology solutions, has announced the international availability of its world-class sales and event management software designed for select service hotels.

With the international release of the Standard and Essentials modules of Amadeus Sales & Event Management, smaller and independent hotels now have a cost-effective solution to seamlessly manage group bookings, meetings, and events.

Since their debut in 2019, nearly 1,000 independent and franchised select-service hotels across North America are using the Standard and Essentials module to manage and grow their group business. Now, with the introduction of features to sell packages and allow you to support tax inclusive pricing (eg. VAT or GST inclusive pricing), hotels across the world can leverage the Standard and Essentials modules for their daily operations.

The Standard and Essentials Modules allow select-service hotels to:

  • Grow group business and streamline events via full visibility into sales and catering operations, even across multiple regions and currencies.
  • Deepen customer relationships and improve prospecting by leveraging a single database of accounts, contacts, and customer details.
  • Gain visibility into business performance through automated reporting and analytics.
