Amadeus and Bizzon partnership set to exceed guest expectations and operational goals

While hoteliers continue to pursue core business goals such as revenue optimization, efficiency, and guest satisfaction, there is no doubt that COVID-19 has fundamentally impacted the way hotels will operate in the future.  As a result of changing market dynamics and guest expectations, hoteliers are reviewing their technology solutions to identify areas to improve operational efficiency and build a better guest experience. And with new concerns for cleanliness and sanitation, guests will value the peace of mind that contactless technologies provide during their stay.

To support hotels in adapting their processes based on today’s guest expectations, Amadeus and Bizzon have partnered to integrate Amadeus Property Management System (PMS) solutions with Bizzon’s cloud-based restaurant management solutions.

Bizzon solutions, which combine ePos, digital ordering, inventory, and payments, help support a broader contactless footprint for hoteliers by allowing guests to order food and drink from the hotel’s digital menu with their own mobile devices. Guests have the choice to either pay upfront or send F&B charges to their room and pay on check out to further support contactless processes.  Hoteliers will benefit from this new integration as all F&B sales are sent directly to the Amadeus PMS, enabling clear visibility into comprehensive ancillary revenue stream performance and optimization directly within the PMS.

Top brands, such as Accor, see enhanced value from this partnership’s ability to support greater flexibility for guests and more attractive solutions for their F&B outlets.

“Earlier this year, we announced our extended partnership with restaurant management platform Bizzon,” says Carla Milovanov, SVP Customer Technology Services Accor. “With their ePos software already implemented in 180 Accor hotels across 10 countries, we can see hotels already benefiting from their Order & Pay software. The Bizzon/Amadeus partnership with allow us to go further in payment flexibility offered to customers and will increase product attractiveness towards our hotels and restaurants.”

“We’re pleased to be able to help hoteliers leverage connected technology solutions as they look to cater to new guest expectations. This cross-solution data capture will provide hotels with more visibility into guest data and F&B outlet performance than ever before, ” says Walter Florussen, General Manager In-Market PMS, Hospitality, Amadeus. “The Bizzon partnership further supports our vision for a connected hospitality ecosystem, enabling hoteliers to use industry-leading solutions to improve operational efficiency and improve guest loyalty. It’s a win-win for hoteliers and guests alike.”

“Integrating with Amadeus PMS adds value to both our solutions,” says Ante Kotarac, CEO, Bizzon. “We strongly believe that this partnership will support hoteliers in meeting guest expectations for a contactless experience in new ways. We look forward to working with Amadeus in supporting exceptional hospitality experiences for guests and providing hoteliers with the tools they need to maximize revenues.”
