Amadeus and Bizzon partnership set to exceed guest expectations and operational goals

While hoteliers continue to pursue core business goals such as revenue optimization, efficiency, and guest satisfaction, there is no doubt that COVID-19 has fundamentally impacted the way hotels will operate in the future.  As a result of changing market dynamics and guest expectations, hoteliers are reviewing their technology solutions to identify areas to improve operational efficiency and build a better guest experience. Bizzon solutions, which combine ePos, digital ordering, inventory, and payments, help support a broader contactless footprint for hoteliers by allowing guests to order food and drink from the hotel’s digital menu with their own mobile devices. Guests have the choice to either pay upfront or send F&B charges to their room and pay on check out to further support contactless processes.  Hoteliers will benefit from this new integration as all F&B sales are sent directly to the Amadeus PMS, enabling clear visibility into comprehensive ancillary revenue stream performance and optimization directly within the PMS.

Top brands, such as Accor, see enhanced value from this partnership’s ability to support greater flexibility for guests and more attractive solutions for their F&B outlets.
