With overall occupancy in the branded hotels segment estimated to have dropped by 16.7 – 20.5% percentage points versus 2019, Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) witnessed a significant decline (estimated between 31 to 36.2%). The combination of Amadeus’ iHotelier® and GMS will enable THE Park Hotels to efficiently manage reservations, guest loyalty, and customer communications. By offering customized rates, packages, and promotions based on guest data, the boutique luxury chain will be able to personalize the shopping experience across multiple channels, maximizing each guest’s value while driving demand, bookings, and revenue.
